As a Renewable Energy Consultant, you will guide clients through transitioning to renewable energy, providing financial and technical advice, system design, and project support. Your expertise will identify clients’ specific energy needs, tailoring solar PV and battery storage solutions to exceed their expectations, all the while ensuring project profitability.

The company’s CRM platform will be where you record every client interaction, from initial enquiry through to project completion. All related project information will be held on this system, and you will be required to provide that information in a timely manner for your colleagues to go on and successfully deliver solutions for your clients.

A Commission Scheme will be directly linked to sales performance in the role, providing you with an opportunity to generate significant income over and above your base salary. Performance targets will be set by the LGL Board and overseen by the Managing Director, who will act as your line manager for all HR matters, and the Head of Sales & Marketing, who you will report into day-to-day. A separate policy document sets out the Commission Scheme and how it works, including standard reporting requirements to be met.

The role operates on a 40-hour week basis, with most of that time to be spent either on site or at the LGL offices. Standard working hours are 08:00 to 17:00.
